1. Scope of application

2. Products & Services

IMDEx offers online training courses in various fields, accessible via its digital platform. Specific details of the courses offered, their content, duration and price are available on the IMDEx website.

3. Controls

Orders for online training courses can be placed online via the IMDEx website. The Purchaser is required to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Once the order has been finalized, a confirmation e-mail is immediately sent to the Purchaser to confirm receipt of the order. In addition, a second e-mail containing training access information will be sent at a later date to enable the Purchaser to begin his or her training.

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

4. Prices and payment

Prices for online training courses are quoted in euros and are subject to change by the Vendor at any time. Training prices are clearly indicated for each available course. For accompanying modules, an estimate will be drawn up on request.

Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card. The Vendor reserves the right to suspend training in the event of non-payment.

For face-to-face training courses, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, transport and lunch are not covered by IMDEx.

5. Delivery and access

Online training courses are accessible to the Buyer via personal access to the IMDEx digital platform. Access is generally granted upon confirmation of payment. The Vendor endeavors to guarantee uninterrupted access to its services, but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to technical or maintenance problems.

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Online Training

The Vendor reserves the right to modify the content, structure or any other aspect of the online training courses offered, in particular to update, improve or adapt them to the needs of participants. In the event of substantial modification of a training course for which the Buyer has already registered, the Vendor undertakes to inform the Buyer of these changes in advance by e-mail or any other appropriate means. The Buyer will then have the option of accepting the changes and continuing the training or requesting a refund in accordance with the refund policy in force. The Vendor declines all responsibility for the consequences of modifications made to online training courses.

13. Termination

The Vendor reserves the right to terminate the contract and refuse access to online training courses to any Buyer who violates these GTC or who acts in a manner prejudicial to the Vendor or other participants. In the event of termination for breach of the GTC, the Buyer will not be entitled to any refund of training fees already paid. Furthermore, the Buyer may terminate the contract at any time by notifying the Seller in writing. In the event of cancellation by the Purchaser before the start of the course, the Purchaser may be eligible for a partial refund in accordance with the refund policy in force. Once the course has begun, no refund will be given in the event of cancellation by the Purchaser.
