When you use the Site and Services, IMDEx employs statistical methods to collect and process personal data in the following situations:

3.2.1 Third-Party Partners of IMDEx

We transfer and store your personal data within the European Union. Upon request, we can provide a list of countries where we store and occasionally transfer your data.
We also transfer and store your data outside the European Union to the United States, where Thinkific’s servers are located. We have entered into specific contracts and standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission to regulate and secure these data transfers.

IMDEx applies recognized technological and organizational security measures to ensure collected personal data is not lost, misused, accessed, modified, or disclosed by unauthorized third parties, except where required by law.

After this period, at most three years, your personal data is deleted.
