The company IMDEx, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Angers Trade and Companies Register under number B 979 740 966, with its registered office at 10 rue de Montrieux, 49100 Angers (hereinafter referred to as "IMDEx"), is the publisher of the content and services accessible from this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") and wishes to ensure that users of IMDEx Services know their personal data is collected and used transparently, confidentially, and securely in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).

This may include name, first name, title, password, contact address, registration number, phone number, email address, RPPS identifier, IP address, location, photograph, date of birth, place of residence, connection and browsing data, order history, information related to after-sales service, preferences and interests, viewed products, complaints, and financial transactions made on the Site (payment methods, completed transactions).

When you use the Site and Services, IMDEx employs statistical methods to collect and process personal data in the following situations:

  • When creating or modifying an account
  • When authenticating a customer account

  • When registering account and profile information

  • When contacting IMDEx customer service

3.2 THIRD PARTIES

3.2.1 Third-Party Partners of IMDEx

The personal data collected on the Site is intended for use by IMDEx. If you agree, it may be shared with subcontracted companies that IMDEx uses to provide its Services.

Your personal data will only be shared with third parties if you request it or authorize the transfer. Such a transfer may be necessary to process transactions or provide services you have requested. If IMDEx or all or part of its assets are acquired by third parties, after informing you, and if the intended processing remains the same, your personal data will be transferred to the new owner.

Furthermore, IMDEx may be required to provide your personal data to legally authorized third parties as described in Article 3.2.2.

3.2.2 Legally Authorized Third Parties

Your personal data may be transmitted when IMDEx is legally obligated to do so, such as in the following cases:

Article 4: Are Your Personal Data Transferred Outside the European Union?

We transfer and store your personal data within the European Union. Upon request, we can provide a list of countries where we store and occasionally transfer your data.

We also transfer and store your data outside the European Union to the United States, where Thinkific’s servers are located. We have entered into specific contracts and standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission to regulate and secure these data transfers.

Article 5: How is Your Personal Data Protected?

IMDEx applies recognized technological and organizational security measures to ensure collected personal data is not lost, misused, accessed, modified, or disclosed by unauthorized third parties, except where required by law.

Article 6: How Long Are Users' Personal Data Retained?

Personal data provided by IMDEx Users is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purposes in compliance with legal requirements.

After this period, at most three years, your personal data is deleted.

Article 7: Are You a Minor?

Before accessing the Site, minors under 16 must have parental consent.

Users have rights including access, rectification, deletion, opposition, and limitation of their personal data processing.
