A clear method
and proven benefits

The programme is built around three main stages (details below), backed by permanent, hands-on support.


It is a process put in place over the long term.


It begins with a phase of building partnerships (with our own network contributing), followed by a phase of adapted practice design, or of carrying out the necessary modifications.

All of this is completed by a one-year follow-up period.
